This is an ideal location from which to enjoy walks in the Devon countryside, with a 450-acre park at Cockington and the tors of Dartmoor both nearby. Take a trip to Paignton Zoo, a trip on the steam train to Dartmouth or visit one of the many NT properties close by. Fishing, golf and bird watching are all available within easy driving distance. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
