It is the perfect choice for those wanting to stay in a tranquil and peaceful setting, but be within a 5-minute drive to the popular and bustling seaside resort of Bridlington. Les Hiboux has been tastefully furnished and well-maintained with original artwork adorning the walls, inspired by the surroundings and nearby beauty spots. Double glass doors lead you into the open plan living room with a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for you to create loving home cooked meals for the family, or perhaps something special for a romantic meal for two. The sofas have been chosen for their comfort, with a large TV to enjoy in an evening. Upstairs you have the master bedroom with a Juliet balcony, bringing in lots of light as you look out onto your surroundings.

There is an array of wildlife just on the doorstep, including boxing hares and skittish rabbits, and the odd deer has been known to make an appearance. Set back from the road in a quiet development surrounded by fields, you will be enticed by the views to spend an evening eating al fresco on the lawned garden just taking in your surroundings. This cottage offers every guest a comfortable welcome, with all of your home comforts and is the ideal location for those looking for an escape to the country.
The traditional seaside town of Bridlington has award-winning beaches, shops, pubs, tea rooms and the Spa Theatre. Stroll along the promenade, build sandcastles on the beach, enjoy a trip into the bay on the Yorkshire Belle, or for the more adventurous, try the pirate ship or the speedboat. The quieter resort of Filey lies a little further along the coast and is like stepping back in time, with its quaint coble landing, cobbled roads down to the beach and its brightly painted beach huts.

Nature lovers must visit Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve, with its wonderful colonies of nesting sea birds, including puffins in the summer months and the largest mainland colony of gannets in the country, whilst the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds are ripe for exploring. For a day out to remember there is the stately home of Burton Agnes Hall or Sewerby Hall. To keep children entertained there are lots of activities nearby including an animal park, seafront rides and arcades, traditional beach donkey rides and if you really want to treat the little ones Flamingo Land theme park and zoo is around 45 minutes away.
