This 17th-century cottage with cosy multi-fuel burner and original features is a wonderfully comfortable getaway, with much to explore in the local area.
Living room: With multi-fuel burner, 42" Smart TV, iPod dock and wooden floor.
Kitchen/dining room: With double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge and Yorkshire stone floor.
Study: With writing desk, books and a selection of board games.
Separate toilet. . First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed, 22" Freeview TV, oak floor and en-suite with double shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and oak floor.
Bedroom 3: With single bed and oak floor.
Bathroom: With bath, shower attachement, toilet and heated towel rail.

Ruth’s Cottage is near to Beverley, Market Weighton and Pocklington and is perfectly situated for visiting the vibrant cities of York and Hull.
Hull was voted ‘The City of Culture’ in 2017 and York is a fantastic medieval city which is always voted in the top 10 UK cities to visit. Here you’ll find lots of museums, theatres, restaurants and cafés as well as the majestic minster which overlooks the city and the city walls.
For those of you who enjoy horse racing, Beverley and York have excellent courses providing flat racing.
The North Cave Wetlands nature reserve is only 2 miles away and is a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust site with a fantastic array of wetland and migrating birds, as well as lots of other wildlife.
The village of Hotham is at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds, a quintessential Yorkshire village with stone cottages, open farmland and countryside. The village pub is just 100 yards from the cottage serving good food and ales as well as fine wine.
The cottage is bubbling with character and the owner has retained a lot of the original features with wonderful crooked beams and wooden flooring.
The cosy multi-fuel burner draws you into a comfy living room and then through into a study area. The kitchen/dining room leads out to a delightful garden which is enclosed, ideal for children or a pet.
