Glenfield is just 4 miles from the pretty cobbled high street of Haworth, with the Worth Valley Steam trains running from Keighley to Howarth.

Here you can visit the Brontë Parsonage Museum, walk on Top Withens, which must be Wuthering Heights, or browse through the shops, tea rooms, restaurants or pubs. The National Trust property Riddlesden Hall is a short drive away.

The beauty spot of Bolton Abbey, with the meandering Rivier Wharfe, and the upmarket towns of Ilkley and Harrogate, with both high street and high end shopping, are within easy driving distance, and afternoon tea at Betty’s in Ilkley is a must.
