Morton on Swale has a shop, butcher’s and gastro pub, and is a short walk to neighbouring Ainderby Steeple with a lovely church and a traditional inn serving good food and local ales. Just 3 miles away you can visit the bustling market town of Northallerton where you will find an array of independent shops, restaurants and tea rooms, artisan bakery, delis and an award-winning butcher.

The beautiful wide high street showcases some fine Georgian architecture. With a twice weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday, you can buy fresh local produce. Enjoy afternoon tea in the famous Betty’s tea room, an absolute treat for all!
For the outdoor enthusiast, the property is perfectly situated in an area which offers outstanding walking and riding, close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the North York Moors National Park, making it perfect for great days out in some of Britain’s most beautiful landscapes.
