Accommodation details

Ground Floor:
Living room: With wood burner, 29" Freeview TV and beams.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath with shower attachment, toilet and heated towel rail.

Oil central heating, electicity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private) (£100 per week or £50 per short stay). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.

Situated in a tranquil location, overlooking rolling fields and the neighbouring paddocks filled with grazing horses. Woodlands Farm Cottage is semi-detached and is ideal for guests who love the great outdoors. The epitome of a traditional English country cottage, with everything you would expect for an authentic stay. Comfortable and spacious, you are welcomed inside by beamed ceilings as well as the most incredible feature fireplace with a wood burner. The living room is a great size for entertaining in an evening, perhaps with a board game, nibbles and wine or simply a favourite movie as you lounge on the sofas bathed in the glow from the fire. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dining area looking out into the large enclosed garden.

Outside in your garden there is a hot tub waiting for you in a purpose built shelter with a seating area, no matter the weather you can slip benethe the warm water as the tendrils of steam rise around you, letting the bubbles and water jets gently massage you as you lay back and relax. For warm days why not make the most of the garden with a barbecue as you soak up the sunshine.
You are just a mile from the heart of the pretty village of Snainton which offers a country inn as well as an award winning fish and chip shop, whilst the nearby market town of Pickering has a wonderful range of shops and tea rooms, a historic castle, trout fishing and the famous North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway.

The steam train takes guests through the scenic heather covered hills and valleys all the way to the coastal town of Whitby, a day out not to be missed. The bustling seaside resort of Scarborough is only a few minutes’ drive from this Snainton cottage, and has glorious sandy beaches, theatres, restaurants, golf courses and parks, while the Flamingoland theme park and zoo is only a little further away, and provides a fun day out for all the family.
