Boasting open plan living and just 1 mile from the coast, you are sure to fall in love with this pretty little retreat.
There are so many celebrated attractions close by that whether you are a beach lover, a history buff or a wildlife enthusiast you will be sure to find much to see and do. Head to nearby Snettisham Beach, which is one of the quietest in the area or perhaps head to Heacham Beach with its painted beach huts.

Just a little further along the coast is the seaside town of Hunstanton with its beach that seems to go on for miles when the tide is out and its famous stripy cliffs. Known as ‘Sunny Hunny’ by the locals, this popular seaside town is also packed with coastal attractions.
Drive east from here and discover a string of pretty coastal villages with a wide range of coastal habitats including picturesque quays and salt marshes. History buffs will find the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn, the Sandringham and Holkham Estates and Peckover House all within easy reach. Just a little further and you can explore the medieval city of Norwich, Blickling Hall and Ely with its magnificent cathedral too.


Bird lovers will find lots of bird watching opportunities in abundance in Norfolk, and not to be missed are RSPB Snettisham Marshes, which is just up the road, or Welney Wetlands which also lie within easy reach.
