Kinder Court is only available to book together with Pennine Court (E1669) and will accommodate up to 24 guests. The property consists of all the rooms in Pennine Court (ref E1669) plus the following additional rooms.
Ground Floor:
Dining room.
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Bedroom 8 in Pennine Court changes from accommodating 1 guest, to accommodating 2 guests. . Oil central heating, bed linen, hand towels and Wi-Fi included. Electricity by £1 coin meter. 3 cots and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine. Dinner party catering (by arrangement with owner). Paddock garden with patio and barbecue. Parking. No smoking. Please note: Couples, family bookings and holidaymakers only. There is a stream in the garden. Kinder Court cannot be booked as a stand alone property.

Only a 5-minute walk across meadows from the peaceful and sheltered farmstead setting of this cottage leads to the shops and village inns of picturesque Edale (a mile by road) and the start of the Pennine Way and its trail over 30,000 acres of National Trust owned High Peak. Converted from an old stone barn and very comfortably fitted and equipped, this spacious cottage enjoys use of a paddock garden with a stream, and is adjacent to the owners’ farmhouse home.
This is excellent walking country, with a glorious landscape of heather clad moors and wind sculptured stones.

Pony trekking locally. Cycle hire available 2 miles. Good fly fishing is available at Ladybower Reservoir, 8 miles away. Within 4 miles are the village of Hope (with good shops and pubs) and Castleton, with its Blue John Caverns, Peveril Castle and bustling cafes, inns, restaurants and craft shops. Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within 15 miles and Alton Towers is about 1 hour’s drive. The local railway station (0. 5 miles) enables return rides from Hope Valley walking, or easy visits to Magna and Meadowhall in Sheffield, and the Science Museum in Manchester.

Pennine Court (E1669) comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests but if you have a larger party or are celebrating a special occasion then Kinder Court (E1671) next door can be interconnected to Pennine Court at both ground and first floor levels with additional rooms available to sleep at total of 24 guests.
