This converted Coach House is the perfect retreat for walkers and cyclists, with routes available straight from the door. Situated on a country lane (no through road), alongside the The Manor, home to the discreet owners who have their own chickens, ducks, turkeys, sheep, cats and dogs, this property is ideal for a relaxing break close to the market town of Horncastle, which is also well known for its antique and collectables shops.

The Georgian market town of Louth is just 10 miles away and still has three markets a week, as well as boutique shops and cafés.

To the east, are the sandy beaches at the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, and the city of Lincoln, which is famous for its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta Visitor Centre is a 30-minute drive to the west. The battle of Britain Memorial Flight and Visitor Centre is about 20 minutes away, where the planes can often be spotted over The Lincolnshire Wolds. Beach 18 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
