Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With ¾ double bed (for 1).
Bathroom: With bath and toilet.

LPG gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Sitting-out area with garden furniture. Shared lawned courtyard. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (horses on site). Stabling available. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.
