Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair on request. 32" Freeview TV. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Access to owner’s freezer. Enclosed, rear, lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Welcome pack. No smoking. NB: Wall fountain and small pond in garden. Small dogs only.

Sympathetically renovated, these former stables provide good sized holiday accommodation in a peaceful location. Enjoy many good cycle routes and walks throughout the area, including along the banks of the nearby River Trent, or take advantage of having a good pub serving food, just a short walk away. There is an enclosed garden and a private patio to the rear to relax in. Lincoln is approximately a 20-minute drive away, where you can explore the castle, the Magna Carta Centre and the splendid cathedral. You can also choose to spend the day shopping, or just sitting and watching the world go by in the vibrant Brayford Wharf area. Fishing is available 1 mile away. Newark Showground is well known for its international antiques fairs and also within a 20-minute drive. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
