Some of the larger more expensive houses are actually cheaper per person per night to rent than the smaller cottages, and often include luxury features for on site entertainment such as: in-house cinemas, saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, games rooms, tennis courts, fishing, walking, cycling, shooting, large open fires and some will offer cooks for a catered option too (or you can rent a free-lance one from an agency). Do not be put off by price - when you start dividing by large numbers, it can be surprisingly cheap holiday.

Arranging large group accommodation for a house party?

Spacious self-catering group accommodation for large groups of friends, wedding gatherings, family reunions, families joining for a summer holiday or a party to celebrate a big birthday! Houses sleeping 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 , 18, 20, 22 - 32+ guests and above can be rented. Not restricted to the home counties, but well scattered around England, a lot of the large holiday houses are in Cornwall, Dorset and in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Northumberland but you will see them across all the English counties too. Christmas and New Year bookings are often made at least a year in advance - don't leave it until the last minute to book a big holiday house.
