First Floor:

Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Fuel for open fire available locally.

Large lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with neighbouring property). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in the garden but flat access to all lawned areas of the garden, River Crake is unfenced, 100 yards away.

Sunny Beck is a delightful, semi-detached cottage, nestled in an enviable corner, rural and very private location within the hamlet of Low Nibthwaite, originally part of the local sawmill, dating back to the 1700’s. It is set in a ½-acre of mature gardens, with shrubs, lawns and seating areas and you can enjoy private fishing rights from anywhere along the boundary of Sunny Beck Cottage. There are excellent walking and mountain biking trails from the doorstep around the shores of Coniston Water and surrounding fells. The large garage/barn is ideal for storing your car, bikes and boats, with additional private parking for two cars. This is the ideal holiday home to use as a spring board for the visiting the Lake District National Park. Beach 10¼ miles. Shop 4½ miles, pub and restaurant 1¼ mile.
