A single storey lodge suitable for a family of four wanting to take advantage of the Chichester Watersport activities or have a Chichester base. It offers ideal family accommodation for those partaking in the watersport activities on the lake. The lodge is also very close to some local eateries and pubs that are all within easy walking distance. The convenience and good access of the lodge makes them ideal for anyone visiting Chichester as well who needs a base. The lodge offers a combined living and kitchen area. The kitchen has a two ring electric hob and a combi microwave oven. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room there is a bunk bedded room and separate family shower room. There is an outside area to the front of the lodge with an outlook over the lake.
The city centre of Chichester is within a short drive or a 20-minute walk from Chichester Watersports. The streets are packed with listed buildings including the imposing cathedral which has been a part of Chichester history for almost 1000 years.

The city centre is enclosed within the ancient city walls which is ideal for exploring by foot. With its plethora of attractions shops and restaurants it is a cosmopolitan city with a vibrant and friendly vibe. It is also home to the famous Festival Theatre which is renowned for its quality of productions as well as featuring many world premieres. With such a long and varied history Chichester is of course home to a dynamic arts scene and offers many galleries and museums to peruse. Just a short drive and you can be in Chichester Harbour an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is one of the few remaining undeveloped coastal areas in Southern England and remains relatively wild. Its wide expanses and intricate creeks are at the same time a major wildlife haven and among some of Britain’s most popular boating waters. If a trip to the seaside is on your agenda then look no further than West Wittering beach which is a 20-minute drive away. Offering wonderful views of Chichester Harbour and the South Downs beyond the natural and unspoilt sandy beach at West Wittering has been a favourite destination for a family day out for generations.

From Chichester Watersports you can venture north to the South Downs and Trundle Hill offers spectacular views back to the city as well as a great view over Goodwood Racecourse where the prestigious Glorious Goodwood meeting takes place in high Summer.
