Frankaborough Cottage is a charming, converted barn set across three levels, offering a warm, inviting interior. The open-plan kitchen and dining area, with seating for six, is equipped with modern amenities.
Adjacent is the cosy lounge, featuring a wood burner, flat screen TV, and comfortable seating for relaxation. The lounge opens to a garden with a seated patio, surrounded by tropical plants, perfect for summer barbecues.
The ground floor hosts a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, alongside a bathroom. A short staircase leads to two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and sink, the other with twin beds and sink. The third bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower, and ample storage. A family bathroom with a shower cubicle and wood floors adds rustic elegance to the spacious living areas.


Nestled on a working dairy and arable farm near the Devon and Cornwall border. Ideal for families, the cottage includes designated children’s play areas, where young visitors can safely explore and enjoy the fresh countryside air.
