Decked area with garden furniture and barbecue. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a spring.

Accessed by a little private road across stunning open moorland, the stone barn stands detached in the grounds of the owner’s moorland small holding.

Natural granite steps lead from the living room to the bedroom with ornate iron work balustrades, cosy double bedroom with mezzanine, a modern bathroom and kitchen with slate flooring. The main feature of the house is the spacious living/dining room, which is light, bright and airy with vaulted ceiling and large glass doors opening onto a private decked patio garden overlooking a little paddock.
