Please note: No children under 18 years old, except babies under 1 year old. There is a pond in the grounds, 220 yards away. The property has a natural water supply from a borehole.
This shepherd’s hut at Ponsford Ponds is a luxurious, one-bedroom retreat with a en-suite shower room, a well equipped open plan kitchen and living area, plus there is also a hot tub for private use. The living area has a two-seater recliner sofa, a 32" Smart TV, coffee table and an electric wood burner which makes the property super cosy in the winter. Outside, guests will enjoy private use of their own decked area with a 3-seater Elite hot tub and a set of rattan table and chairs.
Ponsford Ponds offers private fishing for carp in ponds located around 220 yards away from the property.
The M5 motorway is just a 10-minute drive from the accommodation, the town of Cullompton is a 5-minute drive, the cathedral city of Exeter is 20 minutes, Dartmoor National Park is 50 minutes and the beaches of Exmouth and Sidmouth are 30 minutes away.
Cullompton is located on the fringe of the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and provides stunning scenery and picturesque walks.
This traditional market town has a wide range of independent shops, cafés and public houses.
Coldharbour Woollen Mill can be found just outside of the town centre, as can the National Trust properties of Killerton and Knightshayes. Other tourist attractions include Diggerland, The Bear Trail and Quad World
