Large garden with patio, terrace, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Shared use of owner’s grounds. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond on the grounds. The garden is sloped and has steps.

Keepers Cottage is a detatched cottage that sits in the grounds of the owner’s home. Set in a sheltered position overlooking the Bosanath Valley in a beautiful 9-acre garden. The area is close to the Helford river, perfect for exploring the creeks including Trenarth Creek, and is ideal for visiting the rugged north coast and coves and harbours of the south coast. Beautiful sandy beaches and coves, less than 10 minutes’ drive. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 2 miles.
