re. Welcome to Oak, nestled in the picturesque countryside near Falmouth, this charming barn conversion offers a tranquil escape with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Thoughtfully furnished with everything that you would need for a relaxing break, the open-plan living space seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a welcoming and spacious environment. The bedroom and bathroom are visible from the living area and add to the sense of openness and cohesion.
There are some steps to the side of the property with a sturdy handrail,and a small lane leading to the additional parking.

Here there is also a shared facility for surfboards, paddle boards and bikes which is on the far right as you leave the property.
For outdoor enthusiasts, a nearby coastal path leads to the stunning Swanpool Beach, approximately 15 minutes away. This is one of three beaches in Falmouth, and you can walk the coastal path to Maenporth as well as the much larger sandy stretch of Gyllyngvase Beach. Whether you’re seeking a leisurely stroll along the shore or adventurous water activities there are a myriad of possibilities to explore.

The surrounding area is teeming with opportunities for exploration, from hiking and cycling to discovering charming local shops and eateries in Falmouth. The local Golf Course is just up the road if you fancy a round, or why not try the pitch and putt?
