Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Beach View is a beautiful detached bungalow ideal for couples and families with young children wanting a more select, peaceful location. The property is situated on the cliff side overlooking the beach in the picturesque village of Mawgan Porth. The property is all on one level and is finished to a high standard throughout in a contemporary style. Outside the property benefits from a furnished sun terrace that boasts spectacular views of Mawgan Porth Bay.
Mawgan Porth has a small supermarket/deli for essentials, a newsagent, surf store and surf school. Nearby there is also a farm that sells free range eggs. In terms of food and drink, there is a family friendly pub with large beer garden and play area, and a family friendly bistro serving locally caught fish, burgers and pizzas.

Not to get The Scarlet Restaurant, headed up by a Michelin award-winning chef, just down the road.
Beach View is in an ideal location just a short walk down the cliff path to Mawgan Porth’s family friendly beach. The beach has plenty of rock pools to explore and sand dunes, whilst the dramatic cliffs provide a picturesque backdrop. Mawgan Porth beach is also great for surfing with lifeguards present from May-September.
The property is just off the South West Coast Path, along which you can walk to Watergate Bay or towards Padstow.

Watergate Bay is on the one side, and the stunning Bedruthan Steps are on the other other, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The centre of Newquay is a 15-minute drive from the property and has many attractions, shops, cafés, restaurants and bars/nightclubs. For those looking to leave the car at home, Newquay airport is less than 10 minutes away by taxi, and there is plenty to see and do on foot.
Whether you are looking for a great beach holiday, or just a short break to recharge your batteries, Mawgan Porth is the ideal location to relax.
