This holiday bungalow is ideally situated to explore all that this county has to offer. The bungalow sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in the grounds of St Merryn Park. It offers excellent flexible accommodation throughout, including a garden room which also serves as a third single bedroom. This room also offers access onto the patio and rear garden. St Merryn Park boasts its own bar, restaurant and shop facilities as well as large areas of open green space including free tennis courts. There is no shortage of pubs, restaurants or shops in St Merryn village, situated less than a mile away.
Also on the doorstep is the very popular fishing town of Padstow which offers various types of high-quality cuisine suited to all budgets, made famous by the TV chef Rick Stein. There are seven glorious sandy beaches close by so you will never tire of what this part of the north Cornish coast has to offer. Alternatively you can take advantage of the Camel Trail which runs from Padstow along the Camel Estuary through Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin; there are numerous good cycle hire companies to cover all requirements.
Slightly further afield are the fishing villages of Port Isaac of Doc Martin fame, Boscastle and Tintagel, which is the mythical seat of King Arthur. If surfing is more your thing then just down the coast are Newquay and the world famous Fistral beach. The golfers amongst you may wish to be aware of the top class golfing facilities at nearby Constantine and Lanhydrock.
