Sat in an enviable, elevated position, above Hawkes Point and Porth Kidney Sands, you will find true peace and quiet with no passing traffic, just walkers and stunning panoramic views across St Ives Bay. There are a small cluster of apartments, all of which have the advantage of a private car parking space on the private drive. A communal tropical garden, complete with pond, bridge and paths is available for you to meander along, whilst taking advantage of the breathtaking views.
