This modern third floor apartment, with lift access, is perfect for couples wishing to stay in the heart of Swanage town centre and has reserved free parking nearby, which is a real benefit for properties in this area. It enjoys a quiet location at the rear of the building and a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants along the High Street ensures that all amenities lie within a short walking distance. The beach around the corner, with its golden sands, is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade in the evening.

Walkers are also well-catered for with the South West Coastal Path close by, and cyclists can secure their bikes on the bars provided in the cycle shed. A trip on the steam train to Corfe Castle makes for a great day out, where you can visit the picturesque 11th-century castle on the National Trust site. Hop on board the open top bus to Sandbanks and Bournemouth from where you can catch local boats to Brownsea Island to the red squirrels, in high season, buses also run on occasion to Lulworth Cove.

Horse riding and fishing are available within 1 mile. Just a short drive from Swanage is Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, which offer wonderfully scenic walks along the Jurassic coastline. Beach 27 yards. Shop and restaurant 30 yards, pub 50 yards.
