What could be better than enjoying these views from your own private hot tub. Simply soak in the bubbles and relax. You can see why this is so popular with honeymooners, as well as couples celebrating special birthdays and anniversaries. Once inside you will discover a luxurious and welcoming interior, designed to provide you with the most comfortable, memorable stay. The owners aim to delight you with a lovingly created welcome gift including home baked treats, wine and a selection of local produce including fresh eggs from Hens. Stretch out on the sofa and make yourself at home, you are sure to feel cosy with the underfloor heating. The kitchen has been fitted to a high standard with a range of contemporary appliances, so you can cook up a lovely romantic meal to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.

Retire to the spacious king size bedroom for a restful night’s sleep, ready to wake refreshed for a day of exploration. The en-suite shower room is modern and sleek. Back outside, the patio area has a seating area beside the bubbling hot tub for al fresco dining or simply admiring the scenery.

The surrounding area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, with a network of public footpaths and bridleways such as the Cleveland Way and the Cinder track. There are horses in the fields around you belonging to the owners. Your horse is welcome to join you on your holiday by prior arrangement.
You will be delighted by the variety of the scenery that you will encounter, from the golden sands of some of Britain’s finest beaches to the towering cliffs and roaring waves of Flamborough Head. Get the true English seaside experience by visiting the coastal town of Whitby. Or roam the miles of ancient forests, the infinity of pink and purple heather stretching as far as the eye can see over the hills and through the valleys and dales, the rugged coastline with the vast blue sea below and the wheeling seagulls above.

This is the ideal location to enjoy the great outdoors.

Whitby is just a 20-minute drive away, this seafaring coastal town has so much history. It has winding cobbled roads and hidden yards, boats bobbing along the harbour, a long stretch of beach stretching to the aptly named Sandsend all overlooked by the iconic Abbey. Discover the tales of smugglers, pirates, pioneers, Vikings and even Dracula! For lovers of wildlife plan a visit to the seal colony at Ravenscar, or see the gannets, guillemots, and puffins at the nature reserve at Bempton Cliff. Nearest fishing can be found around 30 minutes’ drive away. Beach 3 miles. Shop 5 miles, pub, and restaurant 1 mile.
