Tucked away on the sought after West Mersea Holiday Park, this beautifully presented two bedroom, two bathroom luxury lodge offers the perfect coastal escape for couples, friends or small families looking to unwind in style. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the lodge combines a contemporary interior with a warm, welcoming feel. Inside, you will find a bright and spacious open plan living area, ideal for spending quality time together. The comfortable lounge has large windows that flood the space with natural light and a view of the sea, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catered stay. The dining area provides the perfect spot for hearty breakfasts or relaxing evening meal.
Staying Inn offers two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious double bed and its own private en-suite bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

The second bedroom is equally inviting and can be either a double or 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom with a slipper bath and walk in shower, making the layout ideal for two couples or a family. Outside, you can enjoy your own private decking area – perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or simply soaking up the tranquil surroundings of the park.
Beyond the comfort of the lodge, West Mersea is a charming coastal town with a character all of its own. Situated on Mersea Island, it’s famous for its colourful beach huts, sweeping estuary views and some of the finest oysters in the country. The island’s unique tidal causeway adds to the sense of escape, giving you that “away from it all” feeling while still being easily accessible from the mainland. West Mersea’s waterfront is a hub of activity, where fishing boats bob gently in the harbour and visitors can stroll along the beach or watch spectacular sunsets over the water.

The area is a paradise for sailing enthusiasts, paddleboarders and kayakers, with calm waters and open skies creating the perfect backdrop for days spent on the sea. If you prefer to stay on dry land, there are scenic coastal walks and cycling routes that showcase the island’s natural beauty, from salt marshes to sandy shores. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice, with a selection of excellent seafood restaurants, traditional pubs and welcoming cafés. Fresh, locally caught seafood is a highlight, and no visit would be complete without sampling the renowned Mersea oysters. For day trips, the historic city of Colchester – Britain’s oldest recorded town – is just a short drive away, offering Roman history, boutique shopping and family attractions
