The meadow also connects directly to the estate’s back gate, offering effortless access to woodland footpaths, a historic walled garden and the welcoming courtyard café. Within three miles, guests can explore Sheringham Park, as well as the traditional seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, known for their beaches, pier, and famous fish and chips. Excellent location to explore North Norfolk with its wealth of beaches, nature reserves, traditional seaside towns and pretty villages.

Your beautifully equipped family Bell Tent provides cosy glamping with thoughtful comforts throughout. Adults enjoy a proper double bed, while children have comfortable air mattresses, all laid over natural coir matting. A wood-burning stove keeps evenings warm, and for added snugness, why not hire an electric blanket for your double bed. The tent includes mains-powered lighting and four plug sockets, allowing you to charge devices easily during your stay. A hamper containing pots, pans, utensils and a corkscrew ensure you have everything needed for simple camp cooking, while outside your own picnic bench and open meadow space invite you to relax and dine alfresco.

A short stroll to the bottom of the meadow brings you to well-kept facilities, including hot gas-powered showers, hand-wash basins, and toilet huts. There is also a washing-up area with eco-friendly washing-up liquid, plus a kitchen shed equipped with two fridges and a microwave. The adjacent log store offers estate-dried logs, fire pit and electric blanket available to hire throughout your stay (additional charges will apply). Please bring your own linen, towels, pillows and duvets : these are not included. To allow enjoyment for all there is strict noise curfew of 10pm so everyone can enjoy North Norfolk’s spectacular Big Skies in peace. Excellent walking available from doorstep - please keep your dog under control at all times and ensure you collect all poo on fouling
