Situated just over 3 miles from the coastline these two holiday cottages are set in peaceful countryside with excellent walking direct from the doorstep. Rose Cottage (ref UKC390) is a pretty semi-detached period cottage adjoining the owner’s home, and boasts character and comfort having an open fire in the living room and private enclosed courtyard garden. The Boat House (ref UKC1617) is a detached barn, nestled within the owner’s grounds, neighbouring to their home and Rose Cottage, making it great for families and friends wishing to retain their independence but wanting to be close together.

The traditional seaside town of Cromer is 4 miles away, with its sandy beaches, promenade, pier, cafés, pubs and shops, and the Cromer carnival which is held in August. The popular seaside resorts of Mundesley and Sheringham, 7½ miles, provide a perfect seaside day out. The cottages are also close to several National Trust sites, including Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park. The Saltmarsh RSPB bird and nature reserve, being a natural habitat for bird and wildlife, offers great birdwatching opportunities.
If you wish to venture further afield, why not head to Wells-next-the-Sea, 22 miles away, where you can admire its picturesque quay, or drive to the city of Norwich, 20 miles, and enjoy the cathedral, castle museum, theatre, fine dining, cafés and pubs, whilst spending that well deserved time with your loved ones. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
