Located on the edge to the popular seaside town of Cromer, within 10 minutes’ distance of the town centre, promenade, pier and sandy beach, this detached brick and flint farmhouse enjoys an enclosed lawned garden with stepped seating terrace and provides an excellent venue for all year round holidays. The North Norfolk Steam Railway, golf course and Splash leisure centre are all close by, also, Felbrigg and Blickling NT stately homes are within 20 minutes’ drive. Visit Blakeney for boat trips to see the seal colonies and Blakeney Point NT nature reserve. Golf course and putting range available locally. Cromer carnival week is held the third week of August. Shops and pubs 1 mile.
