Situated on a non-working farm amongst 23 acres of meadow land, with views of the countryside all around from the grounds, the area is a fantastic holiday base for visiting Norfolk with a magnificent coastline with its wealth of sandy beaches, RSPB nature and bird reserves, traditional seaside towns with activities for all ages, quaint pretty villages with traditional pubs many with good food awards. Equally there is plenty to do more locally with excellent walking, cycling, fishing and bird watching on the doorstep. This detached barn offers home comforts and provides a warm welcome. Children will enjoy the pet’s corner with its collection of small animals.
Free range eggs are available. 30 minutes’ drive from the city of Norwich for excellent shopping, theatre, castle museum and two cinema and shopping complexes. An hour’s drive to the famous Norfolk Broads with daily boat hire and river trips available to explore the expanse of waterways and riverside shops, cafes and restaurants. Further places of interest include the historic Georgian market town of Holt for shops, cafes, restaurants and Holt Lowes, woodland valley walking and cycle trails. An hour’s drive to the traditional seaside resort of Cromer for pier, little theatre, promenade gardens, sandy beaches, RNLI lifeboat museum, carnival third week of August, shops, cafes and restaurants.
