For the more adventurous, there are riding lessons; horses can even be rented from the owner and there is the possibility of bringing your own horse with you. An ideal touring base, the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast and Norfolk Broads are within an easy drive. The nearby historic market towns of Eye and Diss have an interesting range of shops and restaurants, Diss also has a swimming pool and direct rail links to London. Bury St Edmunds and the vibrant city of Norwich can be reached in less than an hour. Shop within 3 miles, pub ¾ mile.
