Owls Hoot is situated in the pretty village of Stoke Ash, with a traditional 17th-century coaching inn and a village green. You’ll be sure to love the local inns, and there is even a vegetarian friendly pub nearby too. Walking and cycling can be enjoyed from the door, and you can even hire bicycles direct from the owner at a supplement. Head into the village and visit River Dove to play an old fashioned game of Pooh Sticks.

Within 4 miles you will find the market town of Eye, with a lovely selection of boutique shops including a chocolatier offering heavenly handmade Suffolk chocolate. If retail therapy is more your thing, the medieval city of Norwich is a 30-minute drive away, where you’ll be in heaven at this perfect shopping destination with plenty of culture too.
