Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: With single bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Oil central heating and electricity (£40 per week in winter), bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for open fire included. Cot and highchair. Doggy extras. Telephone - incoming calls only. Garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Badminton and croquet available. Private parking. Please note: There are unfenced ponds nearby.

The nearby historic market towns of Eye and Diss have an interesting range of shops and restaurants, Diss also has a swimming pool and direct rail links to London. Bury St Edmunds and the vibrant city of Norwich can be reached in less than an hour. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
