Nestled in the picturesque seaside town of Gorleston on Sea, this delightful mid-terrace home is an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy the best of both worlds – the tranquillity of seaside living with the convenience of town amenities. Being well equipped to allow dining from home, but for those that prefer to dine out The High Street has shops, cafes, and restaurants to delight all tastes.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which offer flexibility having zip and link beds, easily can be made as king-size doubles or if you prefer, as two single beds, and walk through to the third single bedroom overlooking the garden at rear. French doors open into an enclosed courtyard. The rear enclosed mature lawn garden is situated directly behind the property, separated by rear access alley running behind the properties.


For beach lovers, the sandy shores of Gorleston Beach, a stunning bay with a huge, wide curving, sandy beach with ramp access plus model yacht pond and children’s splashpad. Adjoining the beach are shops, cafes, amusements, and amenity area. The RNLI Lifeguards patrol the beach between the red and yellow flags during summer months. Whether you’re in the mood for a delicious meal, a spot of retail therapy, or a refreshing drink at a local pub, it’s all within easy reach. The livelier Traditional Seaside town of Great Yarmouth is a 5-minutes’ drive for a sandy beach, donkey rides, a trampoline park (seasonal), a pier, a promenade, amusements, a fun fair, crazy golf, a model village and much more.

Golfing enthusiasts are welcome at Gorleston Golf Club, also has its Club House for refreshments and hot food.
Jump on the train or take a 35-minute drive to the medieval city of Norwich, voted one of the top ten shopping locations in the UK. Here you will also find art galleries, a cathedral and a castle museum. The Suffolk Heritage Coast is full of coastal villages such as Southwold, Dunwich and Aldeburgh, all within driving distance. The Norfolk Broads National Park, the southern gateway of which lies in Oulton Broad, a short drive, well known as a thriving centre for water sports, with powerboat racing, canoeing and its Thursday night speed boat racing (seasonal).
