Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating (£50per week October-April included), gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. Garden. Enclosed decked verandah with garden furniture. Fishing. Moorings. Buoyancy aids/lifejackets. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: The property is situated next to an unfenced river.
