This end of terrace period cottage is situated within Holt and easy walking distance of shops, cafés and bistro pubs. Holt is a beautiful Georgian market town on the North Norfolk Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with sandy beaches and a wealth of RSPB nature and bird reserves within a short drive. The cottage has been beautifully renovated to offer cottage charm and include all modern day comforts, including 100 thread count Egyptian cotton bedlinen and towels. The property also boasts an oversized enclosed courtyard garden with seating furniture.

There is also an additional cottage garden with flower beds, fruit trees and a herb garden. Due to the property having steep stairs to the first floor, it may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Freshwater fishing is available at Letheringsett (license required, at cost). A short drive is the Norfolk coastline where Wells-next-the-Sea, Sheringham and Cromer offer excellent sandy beaches. Enjoy cycling along quiet lanes, trails and excellent walking at Holt Lowes, ¼ mile, comprising 200 acres of wood and heathland, Gas Hill and Spout Hill walking trails.

Visit the famous Blakeney Quay and Cley-next-the-Sea for RSPB marsh reserve and coastal path. Also not to be missed, take a boat trip to the nature reserve island and colony of basking seals from Morston Quay. Norwich and Norfolk Broads are within an hour’s drive. Beach 7 miles.
