This perfect location is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the boating activity, exploring the Norfolk Broads and Norfolk’s coastline, all within 30 minutes’ drive. The property offers its own water frontage which means fishing is literally on your doorstep (seasonal and licence required). The area is criss-crossed by numerous footpaths and cycling trails, and Barton Broad boardwalk is located in the village. This is an ideal location to explore many popular villages nearby including Wroxham, Potter Heigham, Stalham, Coltishall, Salhouse and Ranworth. Many waterside inns, restaurants, tea shops and shops are all available nearby. The village of Neatishead has a lovely country pub serving food and a village community shop.
