Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. Electric cooker. Microwave. Freezer. Wi-fi. Sitting-out area and furniture. Shared 2-acre grounds. Parking (2 cars). Welcome pack. No smoking. NB: Fishing lake in grounds, 200 yards.

Set on almost 2 acres of the owner’s grounds and surrounded by picturesque landscape, the highlight to this holiday property is the private fishing lake (use included, but bring own equipment), where you can spend a relaxing day. Enjoy lovely walks and bird watching surrounded by ducks, horses and plenty of wildlife. Visit the village of Finchingfield, reputed to be the prettiest village in Essex, for afternoon tea or the nearby historic towns of Colchester, Saffron Walden, Chelmsford or Sudbury. The area is renowned for its outstanding beauty and is frequented by walkers and cyclists alike. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
