Sandy Toes is within easy walking distance to the glorious Mundesley beach and the lovely village centre which has great places to eat and drink. Nestled at the end of the terrace, this light and airy, modern accommodation has been comfortably equipped with its own private, enclosed lawned garden with a patio. The cottage is set in a quiet, peaceful area with countryside views, neighbouring the Owner’s home.
Leave the car behind and you will find lots of exciting places to explore. The Gold Park, located in the village centre, offers crazy golf, a toddler’s swing park, skateboard park, outdoor gym, basketball and tennis courts.
During August, a circus visits the park for two weeks. Bacton Wood is a favourite spot for dog walkers and cyclists. For golfers, Mundesley Golf Course is close by and offers a challenging 9-hole course and the local bowls club is very welcoming to holidaymakers. There is a soft play and bowling facility in North Walsham approximately 4 miles away.
Norfolk is a great area for birdwatching, coastal walks, golf, fishing, cycling, boating or simply just having family fun on the beach. Nearby Wroxham, known as the capital of the Broads, is just 15 miles away and is well worth a visit for daily boat hire and river trips, as well as waterside restaurants, cafés and shops.
The popular seaside town of Cromer is 9 miles away with its famous pier, Edwardian seafront, traditional amusements, Amazonia Zoo and cinema.
There are many National Trust properties such as Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park just a short drive away. The city of Norwich is just 20 miles away, with excellent shopping in two indoor malls, a market square, theatre, castle, museum, cathedral, cafés and restaurants.
