You are also just a few steps away from the wide, sand and shingle beach, considered by the locals to be one of the best in the area. There really is so much on offer in Sheringham that you will be tempted to park up for the duration of your stay. It is packed with traditional seaside charm and as you explore further you will find lots of independent shops and will offer some unique souvenirs to take home to remember your stay. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the North Norfolk Railway, also known as the ‘Poppy Line’, offering scenic steam train rides through the stunning countryside.
If you can tear yourself away from Sheringham, nature enthusiasts and wildlife watchers will be in their element as Sheringham is located on the doorstep of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Embark on breathtaking coastal walks, discover the diverse wildlife at RSPB Cley Marshes, and take in the stunning panoramic views. Be sure to visit nearby attractions such as the beautiful Sheringham Park and the historic Felbrigg Hall. And don’t miss the Thursford Collection with its Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Magical Journey. Better still, be at the beautiful Broads in less than 45 minutes or in Norwich in 50.
