Nestled quietly behind a peaceful residential street, this detached property is just ½ mile from the beach and seafront in the picturesque old fishing village of Sheringham, and makes a fantastic base for a coastal break. Seal Pup is bright and airy with a practical open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with a twin bedroom off the main living area. Upstairs, there is a spacious double bedroom with Juliette balcony overlooking the garden. Outside, you will find the fully paved enclosed garden, which has a table and chairs for 4 people, as well as a loveseat which is the perfect place to sit with a glass of vino after a day out exploring the local area.

Close by are good restaurants, shops, pubs, tea rooms and craft shops, as well as the Splash swimming pool, two museums and the North Norfolk Steam Railway, known as the ‘Poppy Line’. Sheringham Park is a must for dog walkers, nature lovers and ramblers, and during late Spring, it is awash with colour from the rhododendrons. Venturing a little further, you will be spoilt for choice with coastal villages and towns aplenty, easy access to the Norfolk Broads, the Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections, the Queen’s rural retreat at Sandringham, bird watching at Titchwell, Cley Marshes and Snettisham, as well as plenty of seaside fun at Great Yarmouth, Cromer or Hunstanton.
