This holiday property is located in a peaceful, rural setting, providing an ideal base for exploring the delights of Suffolk.

All on the ground floor.
Living/dining room: With 26" Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements).
Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Bedroom: With kingsize 5ft 6in bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Electric storage heaters (£40 per week November-April), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Large garden and garden furniture. 3-acre grounds (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children except babes in arms due to unfenced river in the shared grounds.

This comfortable single storey holiday property is set amidst the owners 3-acre riverside garden. Peaceful, rural and retaining complete privacy it provides an ideal base for exploring the delights of Suffolk. The medieval old wool town of Lavenham, 4 miles, has a museum, good restaurants and pubs. Long Melford is a haven for antique hunting. Plenty of walks and the Suffolk Heritage Coast is within one hour’s drive. Constable Country and Flatford Mill for an enjoyable day out. Shop and pub 1½ miles.
