Electric storage heaters (£40 per week November-April), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Large garden and garden furniture. 3-acre grounds (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children except babes in arms due to unfenced river in the shared grounds.

The medieval old wool town of Lavenham, 4 miles, has a museum, good restaurants and pubs. Long Melford is a haven for antique hunting. Plenty of walks and the Suffolk Heritage Coast is within one hour’s drive. Constable Country and Flatford Mill for an enjoyable day out. Shop and pub 1½ miles.
