Little Dab offers a separate utility room and a private garden with patio area where you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine; the rear garden is enclosed but not completely dog proof and two well-behaved dogs are welcome.


The property is located in Brancaster Staithe, a tidal harbour in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with glorious views across the salt marshes and the glorious sandy beaches of the North Norfolk coast on your doorstep. This really is a fantastic location for walkers, cyclists, and twitchers, with some of the UK’s best nature reserves.

Family fun can be found at the seaside town of Hunstanton, with arcades and funfair for traditional family seaside activities, just 8 miles away. Fancy golf?
