The famous Broads National Park, daily hire available for boating, paddleboarding, fishing, walking and wildlife watching. The famous beaches at Winterton-on-Sea, Sea Palling and Horsey are all within a short drive, offering miles of golden sand backed by dunes.

Horsey is particularly well known for its colony of grey seals during the winter months. Nearby Filby provides a village shop, café and pub for everyday essentials, while the award-winning AA Rosette gastro pub is within walking distance. The bustling seaside town of Great Yarmouth, the traditional market town of Acle, and the city of Norwich are all easily accessible for shopping, dining and family attractions.
