Just a 200-yard walk away is Thrigby Wildlife Gardens with Sumatran tigers, a red panda, snow leopards, amur leopards, clouded leopards, meerkats, gibbons, alligators, crocodiles, reptiles, a variety of bird and waterfowl and more.
The property is also conveniently situated for the wide sandy beaches at Winterton and Sea Palling, or the Broads at Filby and Ormesby.

The popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is also within easy reach and offers a wider choice of traditional seaside entertainment including a 9-acre amusement park, pier, sealife centre and a model village.
Going inland within a few miles is the city of Norwich with its cathedral and castle. Why not take a sight-seeing tour round the city on an open top bus, then you can decide where to go to next! There is excellent fishing nearby. Shops 1 mile and pub 2 miles.
