Set back off the road and situated within a quiet, rural village, this single-storey barn conversion, adjoining the owner’s home, offers light and spacious holiday accommodation. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival with Manor Farm eggs and sausage. A flock of chickens will meet you on arrival, who are very friendly! Opposite the property across the driveway, there is an enclosed orchard with fruit trees and seating are for guests to use. There is also a additional grassed area adjacent to the property where children can play. Centrally located for exploring Norfolk; there is easy access to the magnificent coastline and wide sandy beaches (16 miles), the famous Norfolk Broads (6 miles) for daily boat hire and river trips, the City of Norwich (7 miles) for excellent shopping, cathedral, castle museum, theatre and many cafes and restaurants.
The market town of Aylsham is 6 miles from where the miniature steam Bure Valley Railway runs to Wroxham, capital of the Norfolk Broads. For children there is Wroxham Barns, with its small animal farm, Banham Zoo (20 miles) or BeWILDerwood at Horning (7 miles) which is a woodland adventure playground. The traditional seaside town of Cromer with its sandy beach, promenade, pier with live entertainment, RNLI working lifeboat station and museum, cliff top golf course, shops, cafes, and restaurants is a 30-minute drive.
The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg halls and gardens is a short drive. Fishing is available locally. Shop 4 miles, pub, and restaurant 400 yards.
