A detached waterside cottage with delightful views and lawned garden, with boat hire available close by to cruise the River Bure.

All on the ground floor.
Living room: With TV and DVD player.
Dining room: With patio doors leading to verandah.
Kitchen: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and CD player.
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds.
Shower room: With walk-in shower and toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Lawned garden with verandah and garden furniture. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. The garden has an unfenced river frontage, and there are no mooring facilities available. Strictly no pets.

This detached cottage is ideally situated on a private dyke just off the main River Bure at Hoveton, near Wroxham and boasts delightful views, verandah with garden furniture and a large lawned garden. Wroxham, often referred to as ’the capital of the Broads’, is a short 5-minute stroll away, and offers a variety of shops and restaurants. The holiday cottage is superbly situated to explore the whole of the Norfolk Broads. From the village, hire a boat and take a leisurely cruise down the River Bure and enjoy the sights and sounds of the abundance of wildlife that reflect the natural beauty of the Broads, whilst admiring the pretty riverside cottages and gardens.

For the more adventurous, Ranworth Broad is close by, where you can take a nature trail through woodland and marshland, and Sprowston Manor golf course (18 hole) is approx 5 miles away. Visit Norwich city with its excellent shops, pubs and restaurants and stunning cathedral.

With its castle, churches, theatre and art galleries there is something for the whole family. For the enthusiasts, in season, fishing is available from the property (subject to a current licence being held). For those who just want to relax and take it easy, sit back and enjoy a refreshing drink on the verandah whilst admiring the view. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance
