Stunning location providing exceptional views over the broads. The accommodation is quirky and unique . The veranda gives the opportunity to watch the boats go by and in the evening provides a place to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings .Inside there is a little room for improvement, although it remains true to its heritage there are a few items that require some TLC .

While booking I'd not realised there were electric and gas meters my fault should have read more carefully mostly these days its included wasn't to expensive. One thing which needs addressing is the flooding around the property paths could easily be lifted above the existing ground level i know this because we run a ground works / concrete company if you book and it's wet make sure you've got wellies. Overall nice location with good access to the river we enjoyed our week at Leisure Hour.Once again i did not read every thing when booking about the bond for breakages when ringing the owner on the day of check in i apologised and offered to pay them cash or card, she said it was to late on the day i apologised again as I didn't do it on purpose made to feel like a bad lad at 73 customer service?Morale to the story read every thing when booking 😁
