Kitchen/living room: With wood burner, combi microwave/oven/grill, induction hob and fridge/freezer (no TV).
Bedroom: With kingsize day bed.
Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Enclosed front garden with firepit, sitting-out area and garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.
