Characterful single-storey Derbyshire cottage with a private hot tub, log burner and pretty gardens, ideal for restful breaks with countryside walks and space to unwind.

No smoking. This property has a £200 security deposit.

Set in a quiet corner of Derbyshire, this single-storey cottage is a restful base for easy-going breaks in the countryside. Exposed beams and traditional details add character, while modern comforts help everyone settle in quickly. It is well suited to couples, friends or a small family who want their own space, with landscaped gardens for unhurried afternoons and a private hot tub ready for a soak after a day out.
Step into the sitting room for a cosy end to the day, with comfortable seating around a brick fireplace and a log burner that comes into its own in cooler months.

A starter supply of logs is provided, so you can light the fire and settle in without any fuss. The adjoining kitchen and dining area is well-equipped for self-catering, whether you are planning long breakfasts or a simple supper. A bright conservatory provides extra space for a morning coffee, a quiet read or a practical spot to store bikes. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, along with a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, a heated towel rail and the welcome touch of fresh towels and toiletries.

Outside, you can dine in the garden, take a gentle stroll along the path to the duck pond, around a ten minute walk away, or unwind in the tucked-away hot tub with a little added privacy. Parking is included for two cars. The cottage is non-smoking and does not accept pets, helping to keep the space fresh for every stay. Slow down, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the feeling of being properly away from it all.
