Coates Cottage is a delightful home set within this fantastic village in the heart of the Peak District, suitable for couples and families alike. Baslow is a particularly sought after area for holidaymakers as it has a lot to offer; there is a convenient local shop for any groceries you may require, as well as a choice of pubs and restaurants ranging from fine dining, delicious home cooked pub food in the four pubs available, an Italian, as well as coffee shops. From the house you can walk into Chatsworth and explore the house and gardens or take a short drive into the nearest towns of Bakewell, Buxton or Matlock, all with their own individual personalities and offerings. You are spoilt for choice with walking and cycling routes, the closest being the Monsal Trail but there is also the High Peak and the Tissington Trail to name a few.

The neighbouring property is a beauty salon, should you wish to have a relaxing treatment one morning before heading out for the day.
As you arrive at Coates Cottage you enter into the sitting room, greeted by a warm and cosy environment with wood burner, ample comfortable seating and a Smart TV; put your feet up after an exciting day walking the Derbyshire Dales with your drink of choice. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you should need and there is a handy outhouse by the rear door which is a great place to store coats and mucky boots. Upstairs on the first floor is a kingsize bedroom and a modern shower room, whilst on the second floor is another kingsize bedroom, which can be made into two single beds upon request and a bathroom with roll-top bath.

Both bedrooms have wardrobe storage, bed side tables and lamps, comfortable and soft mattresses and bedding, as well as views over the village. The bathrooms are finished to a high standard with a relaxing atmosphere. Outside, at the rear of the property there is parking for one car clearly sign posted. You also have a table and chairs available in a sun trapped spot, as well as a lawned area a little further back with sun lounges.
